Each bedroom features:
- king size single bed with fully upholstered bed head and mattress underlay

- student desk with chair and lamp
- 24” LCD TV on fixed brackets
- clothes airer
- waste basket
- the master bedroom of each property has a walk in robe and ensuite. These rooms incur an extra charge
- garaged parking is available upon application and also incurs an extra charge
- each bedroom door individually lockable with own key
Each tenant only needs to provide the following:
- sheets and pillow case
- pillows and quilts
- quilt cover
- towels
